Established 2021

Welcome! My name is Nichole Hamnes and I opened Luscious Layers in January 2021. I was born and raised in Billings, MT and I also happen to be a chocolate lover with a desire for multiple layers of sweets and textures. As a child, I would always ask my mom to make a "dirt cake" for my birthday. Since then, I have been whipping up hundreds of no-bake cakes from a variety of cookies and candy bars.

In addition to layered desserts, I added layered smash burgers to my menu in June 2023. Just 2 months later, I won the "Best Burger" award at the Food Truck Battle on the Yellowstone and again in August 2024! Our hand-pressed smash burgers are made from 100% beef. Each burger includes a special homemade sauce and is layered with the freshest ingredients!

I am so grateful for the community's support, especially since the menu expansion. I can't thank my family enough for the support they have given me in this venture. The summer is long, full of events and catering. I look forward to the day my children are old enough and we can truly make it a family business.
